Last Wednesday, November 22nd, in the morning, we organized, together with SVI Consultors, a practical session in which we showed the principles of “How to make effective the strategic objectives in spite of the latent conflicts in the company”.
During the session, a space for analysis was built, where the entrepreneur and / or manager assessed his current situation regarding this topic. This session was aimed at entrepreneurs and managers of small and medium family businesses.
This conference was conducted by SVI Consultors and was free for ASCAMM members.
